Good sealing
The Welded butterfly valve adopts a triple offset elastic seal or a multi-layer hard seal configuration. Through precise processing and assembly, it ensures that the valve achieves excellent sealing performance when closed. Its sealing surface is treated with special materials and has excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Under the conditions of medium pressure of 1.6MPa and temperature of 200℃, the leakage rate of the welded butterfly valve is less than 0.01%, which is far lower than the industry standard, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the pipeline system.
Easy operation
The valve stem of the butterfly valve is connected to the transmission device, and the valve can be opened and closed by rotating 90°, which is easy and quick to operate.
