The Welded butterfly valve adopts a centerline plate and a short structural steel plate design, which makes the overall structure compact. Compared with the traditional flange butterfly valve, its volume is reduced by about 30% and its weight is reduced by about 25%. This compact structural design reduces the occupied space of the pipeline system and improves the space utilization rate.
Good sealing
The Welded butterfly valve adopts a triple offset elastic seal or a multi-layer hard seal configuration. Through precise processing and assembly, it ensures that the valve achieves excellent sealing performance when closed. Its sealing surface is treated with special materials and has excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Under the conditions of medium pressure of 1.6MPa and temperature of 200℃, the leakage rate of the welded butterfly valve is less than 0.01%, which is far lower than the industry standard, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the pipeline system.
Easy operation
The valve stem of the butterfly valve is connected to the transmission device, and the valve can be opened and closed by rotating 90°, which is easy and quick to operate. Its opening and closing speed is about 25% faster than that of traditional valves, which effectively improves work efficiency. At the same time, the valve is also equipped with manual or electric actuators, which can be selected according to needs to achieve remote control and automatic operation.
