Excellent pressure-bearing capacity
ANSI gate valve is made of high-strength cast steel, and after precision casting and heat treatment processes, the pressure-bearing capacity of the valve is significantly improved. The valve body and valve cover adopt integral casting or welding structure to ensure the overall strength and stability of the valve. This gate valve can withstand a working pressure of up to 42MPa at the pressure level of Class 2500, ensuring stable operation under various high-pressure conditions.
Full bore design
The gate valve adopts a full-bore design, that is, the passage diameter of the valve is the same as the pipeline diameter, ensuring unimpeded flow of the medium in the pipeline, reducing flow resistance and energy consumption, and improving the flow efficiency of the medium. Compared with the reduced-diameter design, the medium flow efficiency of the gate valve can be increased by about 20% under the full-diameter design.
Flexible drive mode
ANSI gate valves provide a variety of drive options, including manual, electric, pneumatic, etc., to meet the needs of different application scenarios.
1. The manual drive mode is suitable for small-caliber, low-pressure valves and is easy and reliable to operate;
2. The electric drive mode is suitable for occasions that require remote control or automatic control, and the electric device is used to realize the rapid opening and closing of the valve;
3. The pneumatic drive method is suitable for occasions that require quick response and frequent operation, and the valve is opened and closed by compressed air or nitrogen and other gas media.
