Excellent sealing performance
Globe valve adopts a single valve seat design and is equipped with a replaceable seat ring to ensure excellent sealing performance. The sealing surface between the valve disc and the valve seat is precisely machined and polished so that the finish of the sealing surface reaches Ra0.8 or less. In the closed state, the gap between the valve disc and the valve seat is extremely small, and the leakage rate is less than 0.001%, which meets the application scenarios with high sealing requirements.
Efficient throttling
The valve disc of the ANSI globe valve is uniquely designed with a wedge-shaped structure. The valve disc moves up and down by rotating the valve stem, thereby achieving precise control of fluid flow. During the throttling process, the fluid will generate certain disturbances and pressure drops when flowing through the valve disc, but the ANSI globe valve has a throttling efficiency of more than 95% through precise geometric shape and angle design.
Long life
Globe valve is made of high-quality cast steel materials, such as WCB, WCC, etc., which have excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. At the same time, the design of the valve has been strictly tested and optimized to withstand high-pressure and high-temperature environments. The valve adopts a straight body design, which simplifies the installation and maintenance process.
